Pan Symeou, together with Jonathan Higgs QC and Michael Goold of counsel successfully secured an acquittal of the Defendant acquittal for joint enterprise murder at Wawick Crown Court. The Defendant was alleged by the prosecution to have participated in a masked retaliation attack with knives and bats which resulted in the death of the victim. The prosecution relied upon phone call analysis and CCTV evidence.
